“I have a fear the third RA President Serzh Sargsyan follows the first’s (Levon Ter-Petrosyan) tack. He intends to implement what his predecessor intended to do,” Hrant Margaryan, ARF Dashnaktsutyun Bureau representative stated, commenting on recent developments of Armenian-Turkish relations.

He underlined the matter is deeper than mere establishment of Armenian-Turkish diplomatic relations. Protocols’ signing will deprive our descendants of possibility to claim to legitimate rights in relations with Turkey and undermine the international recognition of the Genocide. This will eventually lead to national rupture. Margaryan considers that presently, the prevention of national rupture is a priority for Armenian authorities and political forces." People should say definite “no” to the Protocols and do their best to affect further steps of authorities so that the Karabakh struggle winning generation would not be smirched," Margaryan concluded.
