YEREVAN. – At Thursday’s Cabinet meeting, the government of Armenia approved the 2018/20 public medium-term spending plan.
Finance Minister Vardan Aramyan presented the respective draft decision.
The main objective of the public medium-term spending is to increase the effectiveness of public spending management.
“We project a quite ambitious growth in own income,” Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan stressed, for his part. “We envisage a very strict, stable management of expenditures. We are putting quite complex indicators (…) in terms of our stable external debt.”
