Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree awarding an Order of Friendship to Head of the Rescue Service, RA Ministry of Emergency Situations, Sergey Azaryan.
The awarding ceremony is to be held at the RF Embassy in Armenia Dec. 13. The Armenian official has been awarded for professionalism and courage shown in fire extinguishing operations in Russia.
