Talking to NEWS.am, Ruben Grdzelyan, Press Secretary of the Enforcement Service, RA Ministry of Justice, stated he is unaware of RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan’s statement.

It should be noted that information on RA Minister of Justice Gevorg Danielyan’s dismissal was available a few hours ago. Danielyan’s last order was one on reprimand to Migran Poghosyan, Chief of the Enforcement Service.

Opening the Ra Government’s meeting on December 9, RA Premier Tigran Sargsyan said Danielyan was dismissed for failing in his duty.

Sargsyan said the Government attaches importance to ethnical norms, but Minister Danielyan failed to meet them.

The point is that the Chief of the Enforcement Service committed a grave violation of ethical norms. The Minister of Justice was ordered to take necessary measures, which was not done.

“That is impermissible,” Premier Sargsyan said. “Officials’ behavior is of high importance. If we want our country to progress, we must be exacting,” the Premier said.
