ARF Dashnaktsutyun strongly criticized the 2011 budget adopted by the Armenian Parliament today.  

Speaking in parliament ARFD MP Artsvik Minasyan noted that macroeconomic stability in the republic is undermined which was caused by lack of anti-crisis measures and socio-economic program of development. He stressed that the government decided to increase external debt making  it $ 4 bn to solve the existing problems. Artsvik Minasyan stressed that due to government’s inefficiency certain deviation from the election program of the president and ruling coalition is observed.

The Heritage party also put forward similar accusations.
