Leader of Armenian All National Movement Aram Manukyan does not consider Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun (ARFD) an oppositional force, as the latter “plays a double game”.

According to Manukyan, unlike ARFD, Heritage party “does not have levers of state power and portfolios.”

He also referred to the Heritage-initiated bill on Karabakh’s recognition and hailed it as a wrong step.

“Introducing the bill on Nagorno-Karabakh’s recognition to the Parliament was a blunder. Heritage should not have made such a rough mistake, taking into account the parliamentary majority will vote against it,” Manukyan told the reporters on December 13.

“First, it was a challenge to the agencies involved in the conflict resolution. Secondly, the game was not worth the candle-only a few persons voted on such a serious issue,” he concluded.
