Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili praised Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in an interview with Azerbaijani ANS TV channel.

“When I first met Ilham Aliyev during his first year of presidency, I noted that there was no sign of apparent seriousness. It was a pleasant man with who you want to be friends. Definitely we would have tried to establish relations even if Azerbaijani president were not such a person, but in this case there is no tension and everything goes naturally. It has become one chance in a million,” Georgian President said.
