“This year Armenia has not made remarkable steps similar to last year’s, but it has not suffered political defeats either,” the expert Tevan Poghosyan told NEWS.am.

“I should note that Armenia has been able to prove to the international community its right position on the Armenian-Turkish process. We have been able to get on Azerbaijan’s nerves as well,” the expert said.

Tevanyan believes the year 2011 must be marked with reforms. “We need to continue initiative foreign policy as well,” he said.
