On December 28, President of Nagorno-Karabakh Bako Sahakyan visited the village of Khnatsakh in the Askeran region to participate in an opening ceremony of the memorial dedicated to the martyrs of the Great Patriotic and Artsakh Liberation Wars.

Bako Sahakyan also got familiarized with the newly built office of the local administration, NKR presidential press service informed NEWS.am.

President Sahakyan stressed importance of improving conditions of the villages considering it among pivotal directions of Artsakh development.

Members of NKR Government, MPs of the National Assembly and other officials accompanied the President.
