On December 29, President of Nagorno-Karabakh Bako Sahakyan attended the meeting of the NKR Defense Army’s Military Council which summed up army’s activities of 2010.
Delivering a speech at the meeting, President Sahakyan touched upon the process of army building, noting achievements and problems of the armed forces. He gave concrete instructions to the defense minister and top army officials, NKR presidential press service reported.
