Visit of Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Baku is expected in the next three months, ANS reported. He will head the Turkish governmental delegation at the meeting of Strategic Cooperation Council.
The precise date of the meeting chaired by Erdogan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is not specified yet. It will be discussed at the meeting of bilateral working group which is planned to be held in Ankara in the near future.
On September 15, 2010 Erdogan and Aliyev signed an agreement on establishment of Turkey-Azerbaijan High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council. Council’s aim is to further deepen strategic cooperation between the states. It will be held annually chaired by foreign ministers of two countries.
