On February 12, elections of City Council will be held in Sukhumi. As of January 6, 20 initiative groups have been registered to nominate candidates, newspaper of Russia’s Armenians Yerkramas reports.
Among the registered groups there are two support groups for Armenians Erik Rshtuni and Levon Galstyan, the newspaper says.
The deadline of registration of initiative groups is January 23. The elections will be held in 23 constituencies.
