On January 9, 2011, at 9:00 p.m. a 18-year-old Rafik Petrosyan committed a suicide in Charentsavan. Criminal proceedings under Article № 110 of RA Criminal Code (suicide) were instituted at Charentsavan Investigation Department, a photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan told NEWS.am.
In a conversation with reporters, local residents said the young man committed a suicide has his beloved girl had refused him.
