Prior to the February 12 congress Prosperous Armenia party will present to its members program changes and amendments that will make clear party’s position on the European Integration and relations with Russia.

Assistant to party’s leader Victor Yengibaryan told NEWS.am that introduction of the European standards and rules is necessary in all fields of economy, education, culture and social relations. As to security, military and trade cooperation Armenia’s number one partner is Russia.   

“Prosperous Armenia will step- by-step apply criteria of the European People’s Party. On the other hand, possible structural changes in the party should be realistic and conform with work style of all territorial offices, political council and interest of the individual actors,” he said.
