The UK has one month to cut number of its diplomats in Russia, Russian foreign ministry reported.
The UK ambassador to Moscow Laurie Bristow was summoned to the foreign ministry and given a note of protest.
Russia, in turn, is ready to cooperate with UK over the investigation into the attack on former Russian spy Sergei Skripal within the international legal framework or at the bilateral level.
