Gazprom Board Chairman Alexey Miller intends to make huge investments in Yerevan’s development, Shushan Sardaryan, Press Secretary of the Yerevan Municipality, told NEWS.am.
Without reporting any particular figures or terms, Sardaryan said that Miller promised to invest U.S. $2 billion.
“A serious program is in question. Discussions are under way,” she said.
Sardaryan said that Alexey Miller and the newly appointed Mayor of Yerevan Karen Karapetyan are closely cooperating.
