On January 14, Yerevan Mayor Karen Karapetyan presented possible cooperation fields to U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Marie Yovanovitch. In particular he mentioned exchange of experience in municipal administration, staff retraining and development of investment field.  

Yovanovitch expressed confidence that further cooperation between Yerevan municipality and U.S. Embassy will get a new impetus, city hall press service informed NEWS.am. She also touched upon holding rallies and demonstrations highly assessing the relevant law and stressing necessity to observe it.

Yerevan Mayor assured Ambassador Yovanovitch that discussions and decisions on mass events in Yerevan are made within the law, openly and transparently.
