The most likely candidate for the post of Lebanese Premier has not yet been specified, Hakob Bagratouni, a member of the Lebanese Parliament of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun (ARF-D), told NEWS.am. At its special conferences on January 18-19, the Lebanese Parliament is to name the candidate.

Bagratouni said that all the fears about the situation getting out of control are unfounded – neither the authorities nor the Opposition is going to resort to force. The situation is calm in the country, Bagratouni said.

Abram Dedeyan is among the 11 Lebanese Ministers that resigned on December 12, 2010. He had been Minister of Industry since November 2009.
