The Union of Information Technology Enterprises (UITE) plans to hold the 1st Open Competition of Computer Game Designers. UITE informed NEWS.am that the competition is aimed to discover new talents and develop computer game design.

The organizers plan the following six categories of the competition: scenario, image design, graphic design, animation, innovation, the best game.  

The winners will receive cash awards, and will be allowed to participate in other projects of Armenia’s best IT-companies and attend special courses. No age limits for applicants are set. Both individuals and teams can apply. The deadline for applications is February 18. The finals are scheduled for March and April.

The competition will be held with the sponsorship of P-Art, Sourcio, Plexonic, Tx Systems, Triada, Robert Saakyants Production, Microсoft, WorldCyberGames, Association of Modern Technologies Professionals.
