An earthquake hit Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Georgia.
According to Seismic Service of Georgia, a 5.8 magnitude earthquake (with 7 magnitude in the epicenter) hit Georgia 19 km to the south from the town of Kutaisi and was felt in Armenia, ITAR TASS reported.
Citizens of Tskhinval and Sukhum also felt a minute-long tremors. No information about casualties was reported.
On January 19, a 5.3 magnitude quake hit Turkey, in the Ardahan province bordering with Georgia. No information about victims and destructions is available, RIA Novosti reported.
