On January 21, Leader of Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) Gagik Tsarukyan will participate in the inauguration of Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko, who was re-elected for a fourth term in December, 2010.
According to Russian media outlets, Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili did not receive an invitation to attend Lukashenko’s inauguration ceremony.
