At the moment, Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Thomas Hammarberg is having a meeting with chief-editor of “Haykakan Zhamanak” daily Nikol Pashinyan at Artik penitentiary.
The meeting has not yet been over. Hammarberg arrived at the penitentiary half an hour ago. No details on the meeting are available yet.
