Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Tenr Yildiz will visit Azerbaijan on January 22 to participate in the sixth session of the intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation between Turkey and Azerbaijan.

He will be accompanied by the head of the national oil company TPAO and CEO of Botas, Trend reported.

According to statistics by the Turkish Treasury, investments in Azerbaijan reached $3.825 bn as of the end of last September, with $ 3.573 bn invested in Azerbaijan’s energy sector.
