Catholicos of All Armenians His Holiness Karekin II has recently undergone a surgery in U.S.
“His gallbladder was removed laparoscopically,” Director of the Holy See press service Rev. Vahram Melikyan told NEWS.am.
According to him, after several hours His Holiness Karekin II was capable of working.
On January 21, Karekin II held the meeting of the Council of Western diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
