A duo of Russian pranksters Vovan and Lexus managed to get through to the OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger posing as Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
The OSCE Generally Secretary congratulated “the Prime Minister” on his election and expressed his support for the reforms he proposed, particularly over his plans to make amendments in Electoral Code.
