Norayr Hakhoyan, 65, died when he was hit by Volkswagen Passat, on the night of January 25.

Hakhoyan is a resident of Shahumyan district and worked as a watchman in “Maxima” restaurant.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier, a pedestrian died in a road accident involving three cars on Sebastia Street in Yerevan on Tuesday. The accident happened at about 1:00 a.m. local time, when the driver of Volkswagen Passat ran over a pedestrian and crashed with two other cars, a Mitsubishi and a Toyota, a photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The driver of Volkswagen Passat, Aram Zargaryan, 33, turned himself to the police. An investigation is underway.
