An earthquake measuring 3 on the Richter scale was registered on January 21, fourteen km to the north-east from the town of Vardenis. It was the only earthquake registered in Armenia from January 20 to 26.
On the whole 11 earthquakes were registered in the region with epicenters in Kars (Turkey), Nakhchivan (Azerbaijan), Kutaisi (Georgia), Bilyasuvar (Azerbaijan) and other places, national seismic service told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
