On January 31, NKR President Bako Sahakyan convoked a working consultation dedicated to the construction of infrastructures and dwelling houses in the “Artsakh” residential community and adjacent territories of the capital, as well as to the reconstruction of the Stepanakert Memorial Complex.

Sahakyan noted the importance of carrying out the construction activities in time and with high quality and gave concrete instructions to the heads of the structures.

Chairman of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, premier Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials participated in the consultation, NKR Presidential press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
