Armenian travelers are facing severe disruption as heavy snow fell across the country on February 1.

The Armenian Rescue Service was alerted that that a car overturned on the Talin-Gyumri highway, near Mastara village.

At 11:17 a.m. the service received a call that vehicles were stuck in the wintry conditions on Talin-Mastara road section, Aragatsotn region.

At 1:13 p.m. the alert said a Vaz 2107 was abandoned in snow. Fortunately, no victims were reported.

At 3:48 p.m. a call was received that about 20 cars got stuck in a lengthy jam on Talin-Lanjik road section, Armenian Rescue Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
