Two people were killed in floods caused by torrential rains in the province of Kerman, south-east of Iran. Hundreds of buildings were destroyed, Euronews reported.
Nearly half of the province and 116 settlements are affected. At least 1,800 families need resettlement.
Humanitarian aid, including tents, food and warm clothes, was sent to the disaster area. Floods damaged about 200 bridges, communication and province’s agriculture.
