Azerbaijan plans to launch production of 120-mm universal mortars, APA news agency reported referring to the defense sources.
The weapon will be universal (both projectile and trench mortars). It will undergo tests later this year to be produced in a special technological line.
Azerbaijan will also launch mass production of 82-mm mortars M-5 to be exported in one of the Middle Eastern countries.
