Regular court hearings on Hrant Dink’s case produced no results. Law enforcers managed to bring only one witness out of seven to the court. The rest were not found.

The Turkish-Armenian journalist Hrant Dink was assassinated near the editorial office of the Agos newspaper in 2007 by Turkish ultranationalist Ogun Samast.

During the February 7 hearings it was decided to merge two cases: Ergenekon and Hrant Dink’s murder, Turkey-based Beyazgazete reported.

Friends of Dink non-profit organization held a protest action in Besiktas square of Istanbul on Sunday demanding fair trial and finding those responsible for Dink’s assassination.
