The documentary "The Last Tightrope Dancer in Armenia" by Inna Sahakyan and
Armen Yeritsyan was the best at the Dance on Camera Film Festival in New York, U.S., Jan. 25 to Feb. 1.

The Bars Media studio informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that the film tells about the masters Zhora Armenakyan and Knyaz Mheryan and their fading art of tightrope dancing in Armenia.

The film was premiered by the PBS channels on October 17, 2010. The film was also shown in Japan, Switzerland, Poland, Finland and other countries.

The film won the 19th festival of national films ion Belgrade.

The film was shown at the international festival in Leipzig and at the Armenian film festival "Nur" in Toronto, Canada.
