Twenty-two people have been arrested in connection with Saturday's gun attack on a military parade in Ahvaz, BBC reported. 

During the raids, ammunition, military equipment and communications were confiscated.

According to Iran's intelligence ministry, the terrorists were connected with Takfiri separatist groups under the auspices of the reactionary Arab countries.

Foreign sponsors and inspirers of the terrorist attack have been reportedly identified.
