The Armenian Court of Cassation on September 19 accepted the complaint of the lawyers of the second president Robert Kocharyan.

The advocacy group- Hayk Alumyan, Ruben Sahakyan, Aram Orbelyan, and Hovhannes Khudoyan- appealed the decision of the  Court of Appeal from August 13 that canceled the measure of restraint against the ex-president.

At the same time, the Court of Cassation accepted the complaint of the Prosecutor General's Office Arthur Davtyan for the same decision of the court.
