The Armenian National Congress (ANC) plans to hold a rally on February 18, ANC Press Secretary Arman Musinyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

On February 2, the Yerevan Municipality rejected the ANC application for permission to hold a rally in Liberty Square in Yerevan.

The Yerevan Mayor`s authorized representative proposed that the ANC hold its rally in the square in front of the Institute of Ancient Manuscripts.
