The police department was alerted that a resident of Khachatryan St. 11, apartment 77 in Yerevan fails to respond to calls.
The rescuers arrived at the accident site and found out 18-year-old Iranian citizen Arsalan Karami unconscious in his apartment. He was taken to hospital, Armenian Rescue Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
