Vice Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Samvel Balsanyan said he is unaware of the coalition memorandum.

Balasanyan turned down reporters, declining to comment why Prosperous Armenia Party did not specify its position on 2013 presidential elections during the 5th congress of the party on Feb. 12. “No comment,” Balasanyan said.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am reported earlier, Armenian mass media has recently disseminated information that the coalition parties signed a new coalition memorandum setting terms of cooperation between the coalition parties in the parliamentary and presidential elections scheduled for 2012 and 2013 respectively. Some coalition members confirmed the information. However, later they refused their words for unknown reasons.
