On February 14, NKR President Bako Sahakyan received chairman of the Lebanese “Management Mix” organization Rafi Semerjian.

Issues related to organizing Leadership academy in Artsakh were discussed during the meeting, NKR presidential press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Bako Sahakyan welcomed the idea and stressed Artsakh was interested in studying and applying the experience of developed countries to prepare staff in the sphere of governance.

NKR Minister of Education and Science Vladik Khachatryan and representative of the Artsakh central committee of ARF-Dashnaktsoutyun Party David Ishkhanyan also attended the meeting.
