The UN Development Program and the Armenian Ministry of Emergency situations signed a memorandum of understanding on provision of on-line information and general communication in case of emergencies.
Armenian Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Yeritsyan and UN Resident Coordinator Ms. Dafina Gercheva signed the document.
One of the ministry`s priority tasks is to prove citizens it can help them any moment, the minister said.
