YEREVAN. – The Yerevan first instance court sustained the motion for arrest of former deputy of Armenia’s investigation committee Vahagn Harutyunyan who is charged with falsifying evidence within the March 1 criminal case.
According to Special Investigation Service, Harutyunyan has been searched. Harutyunyan himself said the accusations are illegal and said he had informed law enforcers about his whereabouts.
