On February 14, in Germany, Chief of the Armenian Police, General Alik Sargsyan and Ole Schrцder, Secretary of State in the German Federal Ministry of the Interior, signed a declaration on cooperation between the RA Police and German Federal Ministry of the Interior.

The press service of the RA Police informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that the declaration provides for cooperation in organized crime control, drug trafficking, illegal migration. The sides will cooperate in personnel training and exchange experience.

The Chief of the RA Police visited the Communications, Command and Control Centre and a police department. The Armenian delegation members discussed opportunities for further cooperation.

The signing of the declaration was preceded by a working meeting of the German and Armenian delegations.
