We often have had talks in Odzun, and, by and large, we have no task here to show how to differentiate between the “good” and the “bad.”

Bright Armenia party Chairman Edmon Marukyan, who heads the electoral list of this political force and who is also a member of the “Way Out” Faction at the National Assembly, on Sunday told the aforementioned in Odzun village, and within the framework of their campaign rallies for the upcoming snap parliamentary election in Armenia.

In his view, had there not been the option of Bright Armenia party, the ex-ruling Republican Party of Armenia and its former coalition partners could have presented themselves as “opposition.”

“And this would have led to very bad consequences,” Marukyan added. “But Bright Armenia is running in these elections. And there is a chance for everyone that we can have a counterbalance, a mutually restraining force in parliament, [and] which is very important in a parliamentary [system of] government state, as a democratic alternative.”
