Several people, including a child, have died in a large fire Tuesday in Lori Province of Armenia. 

At 6:33am, the 911 emergency hotline received a report that fire had broken out in an apartment of a building in Stepanavan town.

Two fire and rescue squads were dispatched to the scene. 

It was found out that the fire had broken out in an apartment of a two-story wooden building.

The rescuers removed from the apartment the dead bodies of a 36- and 59-year-old woman who had died of smoke inhalation, whereas a 26-year-old man and a 12-year-old boy were taken to Stepanavan town hospital where, however, the boy also died. 

The fire was extinguished at 7:25am. 

But the cupboard, a bed, and the floor of this apartment were destroyed by the fire.
