YEREVAN. – Russia is working to create opportunities for a direct dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan on Artsakh issue, Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin told reporters on Tuesday.
According to him, Russian position remains unchangeable.
“Sergei Lavrov reconfirmed this, and we intend to continue work within OSCE Minsk Group. We proceed from the fact that there is no alternative to a peaceful solution based on the consent of the two sides,” Kopyrkin added.
