On February 21, at 7:30 p.m. Samand ran over 29-year-old Hrachya Manukyan in Nubarashen district of Yerevan.
The driver Armen Meloyan, 35 transferred the injured to hospital, the press service of Armenian police informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The police are investigating the incident.
