Azerbaijan’s current gold reserves make 250 kg, Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov said, APA agency reports.
Azerbaijani government and Anglo-Asian Mining have an agreement on production sharing of gold. According to agreement, a certain volume of gold belongs to Azerbaijan after expenses. Then the gold is sent to Switzerland for refining.
