Israel’s Counter-Terrorism Bureau issued a regular warning, Russian-language IzRus website reported. Georgia is excluded from the list of countries presented in a new report which warns Israeli citizens of traveling to certain countries. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan may still pose a threat to Isrealis, the report says.   

Earlier this month the Bureau issued a warning saying traveling to certain states may pose threat on the occasion of third anniversary of the assassination of Hezbollah leader Imad Mughniyah. According to the report, the most dangerous for Israelis were Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Egypt, Turkey, Côte d’Ivoire, Mauritania and Venezuela. Israeli embassies in Azerbaijan and Georgia closed after the report had been issued.
