YEREVAN. – Andranik Adilkhanyan, a resident of Geghanist community in Armenia’s Ararat Province, on Monday poured gasoline on himself and attempted to set himself on fire outside the government building.
The Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent reported from the scene that the police officers on duty at the government building, however, used force and detained this person.
