Famous rock band System of A Down announced North American tour dates on its official website on Tuesday, Asbarez reported.

They will perform in Edmonton, Vancouver, Seattle, Mountain View, Denver, Albuquerque, Las Vegas. In June the band will travel to Europe to give concerts in UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, Sweden, Austria and Russia.

System of a Down, dormant for more than five years, officially announced the reunion in November of 2010.

System of a Down was founded in 1995 in Los Angeles, originally from Armenia, singer Serj Tankian, guitarist Daron Malakian, bassist Shavo Odadzhyan and drummer John Dolmayan. During its career, the band has released five albums, all platinum.

In 2006, System of a Down went on a long-term vacation and all of the participants are engaged in their own projects.

In August, Serj Tankian gave a concert in Yerevan, as well as participated in several cultural activities.
